TCN is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, formed in 1990 for the purpose of research and education. TCN was originally dedicated to the investigation and dissemination of information relating to state-of-the-art legal and planning services for the public. 

This work was performed on a "pro bono" basis by a group of attorneys, accountants and financial services professionals.  Monthly meetings were conducted for over ten years to report and review projects and changes in the law and the practice of planning through the use of trusts and related vehicles.

Special considerations were made for exploring the care and planning for elderly persons and individuals who were in some form or another incapable of accessing the services of professionals in a normal manner, or who did not have the funding to afford such services.
 
Over the past few years, TCN has become involved in supporting and encouraging special projects having to do with Youth, the Elderly, and numerous Christian ministries.  TCN expects to further expand into funding research and educational projects in the Health Care Industry.

In addition, TCN is now providing special planned giving services to the public through the professional planning community.  These services including charitable trusts and charitable gift annuities and donor advised accounts.  TCN is specially equiped to offer these services, with a professional team of advisors who have a cumulative virtuall hundreds of years of experience in these services.
